Shipping Policy


Please note, the shipping fee during checkout is only an *estimated quoted* price. If more charges are required, then the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges.


All orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) will have priority for same day processing and will be attempted to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.

In some circumstances, we may require an additional 1- 2 business days to process the order due to high order volumes and/or Credit Card Verification.


We use UPS (United Parcel Service) as primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments. 


A shipment notification e- mail will be sent within 24 hours to the registered e- mail address containing tracking information of the package. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs.


Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please make sure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for the lost package if an incorrect address is provided.


International Orders

Please, place the order on our website first. After the order is placed, we will send a shipping quote to pay for shipping, separately. At that time, customer can decide whether to use our shipping service, or use their own shipping company. Customer may arrange local pick up from our Gulfport Location with the shipping company of their choice. We will supply customer via e- mail with the shipping quote and any information needed to ship the order, including exact the weight and dimensions of the order.


The customer is responsible to pay for customs/taxies/duties for all orders!



Lost Or Stolen Package Policy

If the order is lost or stolen a UPS or USPS claim will be filed on customers behalf by us. After the claim is filed and completed by UPS or USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a full refund will be given. The customer must wait for the claim to be completed before any refunds can be processed.


Estimated Delivery Time

We process and ship orders the same days as orders are placed; as long as, the order is placed before 1:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day.


Estimated delivery time does not include factors like processing time in our warehouse - how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.

Return & Exchange Policy

Online Return Policy

Orders made on may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. 

All SALE Items are FINAL SALE: No exchanges allowed.


All items purchased on are eligible for exchange only, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Customer is responsible to check items upon receiving for any defects and contact us, immediately. We will not accept any exchanges/returns past the 7- business day mark. Customer must return the defective/damaged items first before any exchanges/refunds are processed.


If customer received the wrong item; color, style or size, please e- mail us immediately, to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item. Customer must always return the incorrect item first. We will reserve the right to request pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. We reserve the right to disagree with claims regarding manufacture defects, which include sizing, odors, and color schemes.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be subject to account termination and restock fee for refunds up to 30%. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will result in account to be terminated.

Restock Fees - 30% will be applied to the refund for any return that is: not authorized or for customer, who wish to return items that don't have defects/damages/or mistakes made by 727 Fashion Team.

In the event customer received the wrong item we will issue a return label upon request to ship back the incorrect item. If the correct item is available we will allow to re- purchase or exchange for the correct item. If the correct item is not in stock a refund or store credit will be issued. This only applies for domestic orders.

No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

All purchases made with gift certificates and/or store credit can be exchanged only.

Instructions for Returns/Exchanges

1) Customer must send an e- mail to or call us (727)637-4236 with the order number.

3) Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about the exchange/return item. 727 Fashion reserves the right to reject any exchange/return requests, if we deem the item is not eligible for an exchange/return.

4) Once the exchange/return request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection.

5) After we have received the items, we will process any refund/exchange within 24-48 hours.

All returned items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that do not meet our return requirements will be subject to rejection.

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping fee plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on

International Order Policy

We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from the destination country before placing the order. will NOT be responsible for any custom tax/duties cost and fees. Failure to pay taxes and duties and packages being returned to us will result in a 20% restock fee as well as any return shipping chargers. The international shipping fee will not be refunded.


To ensure proper delivery of the international package, please make sure to enter the correct recipient’s full name and shipping address. We will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect shipping information.

By sending us personal information, which include payment, shipping and billing address, and clicking on the “Submit Order Button”, customer acknowledges that they:
